I am so sorry to hear of your loss DianeIt's been alot of years I think the last I saw you was when you were moving out of your Moms house in to your own place and at that time I was your brother Paul's girfriend Yvonne back when he was a k-9 officer in B.Beach. When I saw the last name I had to see if this was you and it was how very sorry I am hope time will heal but I loss the love of my life 12-26-06 and time goes by but to me it still feels like yesterday its tough but please know you and your family will be in my prayers...God Bless...Yvonne

I stood by your bed last night, I came to have a peek, I could see that you were crying, you found it hard to sleep. I whispered to you softly, as you brushed away the tears. "It's me, I haven't left you, I'm well, I'm fine, I'm here". I was close to you at breakfast, I watched you pour your coffee, You were thinking of the many times your hands reached out to hug me. I was with you at the store today, your arms were getting sore, I longed to take your bags, I wish I could do more. I was with you at my grave today, you tend to it with such care, I want to reassure you, that I am not lying there. I walked with you towards the house, as you fumbled for the key, I gently put my hand on you...I smiled and said "it's me." You looked so very tired, you sank into a chair, I tried so hard to let you know that I was standing there. It"s possible for me to be so near everyday, to say to you with certainty, "I never went away." You sat there very quietly, then smiled like you knew, in the stillness of the evening, I was very close to you. The day is over, smile and your yawning, and say goodnight, god bless I'll see you in the morning. And when the time is right for you to cross the brief divide, I'll rush across to meet you and we'll stand side by side. I have so many things to show you, there is so much for you to see. But be patient, live your journey out, then come home to be with me.

Our second annual Bobby Resciniti Healing Hearts Foundation Golf Tournament fundraiser was held on Friday, November 07, 2008 -- at the TPC at Heron Bay Golf Club in beautiful Coral Springs, Florida. Heron Bay Golf Club and the Coral Springs Marriott Hotel, Golf Club & Convention Center.
It was an absolutely amazing event. We had 180 golfers and close to 800 people attended our dinner.
The one and only Fabulons performed at our 2008 dinner event! The Fabulons have been the opening act for numerous Rock & Roll legends, including The Temptations, Dion, Frankie Valli & The 4 Seasons, Grand Funk Railroad, The Grassroots, Lou Christie, The Rascals, Peter Noone (Herman’s Hermit’s), Chubby Checker, Bo Diddley, The Drifters, The Shirelles, Roy Orbison, Gary Puckett, Tommy James & Shondells, The Buckinghams, The Lovin’ Spoonful, The Turtles, Blood Sweat & Tears, The Duprees, Martha & The Vandellas, Eric Burdon & The New Animals, and more!!
We had 36 foursomes for golf and one VIP with every foursome (180 golfers). 13 alumni Miami Dolphins and other sports celebrities from different teams played and even a legendary rock star joined us – Nicko McBrain from Iron Maiden!!!
The best part of golf event for the Resciniti family was the Sheriff SWAT teams and SWAT trucks that came out AND the Sheriff helicopter landed and started off the tournament. They came back and took Nick Resciniti and Bob Resciniti for a 20 minute ride. It was awesome. When the copter landed….It was very emotional as Bobby's father actually visualized Bobby walking off the copter towards him.
Justin Fiorilli, presented (privately) the Resciniti family with a United States Flag that was framed. It actually flew over the Capitol for an entire day in Bobby's name honoring his life and continued legacy.
Diane recognized each Criminal Justice scholarship recipient (eight) from PBCC by having them come up to the stage - The foundation donated $25,000.00 to help these students fulfill their dream to be a police officer.…but…the most memorable part (other than the portrait presentations) for the Resciniti family during the dinner was ….
.... The Sheriff’s department presented Bobby' family with a very special award - he received his badge!
It Reads: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This letter serves to authorize BOBBY RESCINITI is recognized by the Broward Sheriff’s Office as an Honorary Deputy Sheriff posthumously.
There is no doubt Bobby would have successfully entered into the law enforcement profession had he not lost his life at such a young age.
May the Resciniti family find peace in knowing Bobby’s dream of joining the law enforcement family is fulfilled by designation if this badge, # 09.09.1984.

Family, close friends and all of our Publix family came to Celebrate the Children! We are VERY grateful to all of the people that came out to share the evening with us. It is a night we won’t ever forget.
Our theme this year was in fact, “Celebrate the Children”.
The name came from a talented singer and songwriter, Alan Pederson. He lost his 18 year old daughter, Ashley eight years ago. He dedicates all his work to bereaved parents, touring the entire United States. We honored Ashley’s father – Alan with a beautiful portrait. After he accepted his gift, he sang four songs. I Remember You, I Chase Butterflies; I Hold this Candle and last – Celebrate the Children. It was a very touching and emotional part of the evening.
Before Alan, we had 10 other portrait presentations. Families came from Pennsylvania, Colorado, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Sarasota, Leigh Acres, Miami and the Broward and Palm Beach County areas. Each family came on stage to receive their gift while Bob read what they wanted to be said about their child. It was beautiful and emotional.
We gave awards in three different categories – The Bobby Resciniti Corporate Sponsor Award – Publix Supermarkets, The Bobby Resciniti Humanitarian award – Mike Flora and The Bobby Resciniti Community Service award – Scott Fiorilli.
Joe Rose, former Miami Dolphin and current WQAM radio host and TV celebrity, emceed the entire event. He was great. For the last two years, he has given us his time. The entire evening was a little better because of Joe.
We had raffles, live and silent auctions, a 50/50 raffle and a drawing for a 42” flat screen TV.

On July 13, 2006, our twenty one year old son, Bobby was killed in an automobile accident. The very moment Bobby left us, our lives changed forever. Our hearts are broken and our pain is indescribable. As a result of our terrible loss, we started The Bobby Resciniti Healing Hearts Foundation ! Our Mission is to provide families help in the healing process after their child has passed away. We will offer a beautiful wall-mount portrait of their child, matted and framed. It is our hope that in 2007 and beyond, with your help, we can touch many families that have suffered the loss of a child throughout the Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. We are also extending our services throughout the entire company of Publix where Bobby worked as does my wife, daughter and myself. We may also offer grief counseling by Dr. Tina DiCicco and other benevolent work as needed. Our very first Bobby Resciniti Healing Hearts Foundation Golf Tournament fundraiser will be held on November 2, 2007, at the TPC at Heron Bay Country Club in beautiful Coral Springs, Florida. Dinner, awards presentations, door prizes, raffles, silent auction, celebrities and a special presentation on Bobby Resciniti will be held directly after golf in the Floridian Grand Ballroom at the Marriott, which is located next door to Heron Bay Country Club. 1 year - Miss you so much Bobby / Katie Bryant (former girlfriend )
Bobby, a year has gone by since you left us and gone to see Jesus. This was the fastest year of my life yet. I feel like I closed my eyes and the months flashed before my eyes. I think that that was good for all of us in a way. But I wish I could have put my life in rewind and start all over again. All the way to the day when we first met. It seems like only a year ago in Geography class when you sat across the room from me along with only 4 other guys in the class. We never really learned much because we would talk to each other most of the time. You looked so cute sitting a couple rows across from me, always smiling with your glasses on and most of time wearing a button down shirt. And every once in a while you would come over and sit by me and give me the answers to our homework and you would write on my paper. I fell in love with your hands first, I was so amazed that you were left handed. Little did we know we developed the most beautiful thing in that class room. A relationship we would remember for the rest of our lives. You asked me to prom that year but I couldn’t go because I was only a sophomore and my parents thought I was too young. Months went by and we kept in touch but it wasn’t until I was a junior and you were a senior that we realized that we had something special and special is not even close to describing it. I wish so badly I could go back Bobby. The first time I fell in love was with you and you made every minute together so wonderful. I even got my very fist kiss from you. I remember you were so nervous. We could talk about anything to each other. You would tell me all the amazing stories of your past and what you wanted for your future. You loved your naps and back rubs. You hated spiders! You loved to do things for people. You loved to make people smile. You LOVED to spend your money. You loved to write me a note every class, every day and tell me exactly what your doing and how your feeling. I kept every single one. You loved buying me anything for no reason at all. Sometimes when I wasn’t home you would leave me gifts by my doorstep. You loved music. You had to listen to it all the time. We would sing so loud wherever we went. I loved singing with you. You loved to cuddle. You loved holding my hand to the point your hand was so sweaty. But I never cared. You loved to talk, to the point you were tired and you started sleep talking to me and you wouldn’t remember what you said. I loved it when we danced in your room or wrestled and I couldn’t take anymore. Or when you would pretend to be a cop and tell me “Miss, your under arrest!” and you would act like your putting me into a cop car. I would laugh so hard. Also every single time you would walk me to class or say goodbye to me, you would say “I love you so much, MUAH!” and blow me a kiss. It never failed. I could go on and on with these memories but it seems like they went by way too fast. It seems like only yesterday. I never stopped loving you Bobby. I couldn’t stand to be apart from you or get through one day without talking to you. Almost every morning last year my phone would beep and I knew that I had a text message from you. We called each other every day and talked about our day or our problems or you would tell me that you didn’t want to go to work. And almost every week we would meet up in your Acura and sit and talk or listen to your I-Pod. It was our little secret, until Amy caught us : ). I looked forward to going to PBCC just so I could see you before I went to class. It was the sweetest thing. I remember you taught me how to shoot my first gun. I was so nervous but you calmed me down by giving me specific instructions. You stood right behind me and made sure I would be okay. You were so proud. When the summer came along, we made plans to hang out more often with my sister. I remember calling you about signing up for fall classes and we wanted to take a English class together. You ended up losing your phone and I called you about 10 times because I didn’t know what happened. Then you called from work and you said “I think I lost my phone!” you told me to call your house phone at 12:30 the next day and we would sign up for classes together. The next day July 12th, I called you house phone and your mom answered. She was making you lunch. I thought it was so sweet that she was making you lunch. You got on the phone and we talked about classes and it turned out that we signed up for the same class! I said “Bobby! It’s like we have the same mind!” and you said “yeah we do!”. I was in a hurry to go somewhere so I ended our conversation pretty quick but I was so excited that we were going to take a English class together. I said bye to you and went throughout my day. Little did I know that would be the last time I got to hear your sweet voice. I ended up going to that class anyway. It was tough but I did very well and every time I went to that class there was an empty seat right next to me. I’d like to think that was you sitting next to me. This year was very tough on all of us. I didn’t think I could get through it at first, I wanted to sleep through it. Life without you here just wasn’t the same and it still isn’t. I think about you wherever I go and anyone who didn’t know you, I tell them all about you and how special you are. I feel like you are watching over me. Because of your wonderful family I still can feel your presence and they make me feel so much better. I know you are with them. Thank you for bringing them into my life Bobby. They are so special to me and they will always be family to me. Thank you for always sharing your love with my family too. You loved my sister so much always giving her big hugs or telling me on the phone “Tell Amy I love her!” And being Aaron’s first best friend. You were the first guy to ever come into Aaron’s life and he loved you tremendously. Aaron always talked about you. You always bought him gifts. You were like a big brother to him. My mom and dad loved you so much and I know they couldn’t of asked for a better guy to date their daughter. I hope you know that you will always be in my heart and no man will ever take that away. I truly believe you have been looking after me and I think in my mind that you helped send me Mike. I never thought I would find love or happiness again until I met him and almost everything he does for me reminds me of you. God has truly blessed me. Bobby I miss you so much and I’m never going to stop missing you. Even 20 years from now I’m still going to be talking about you and missing you so much. I am going to miss you until I see you again. My heart will be aching for you until I will be able to hold you again. One year today and this still isn’t easy and it never will be. I feel lost without you Bobby and I still just want to call you and pick up from where we left off. Being with you were some of the best years of my life. I love you Bobby, so so so much. I wish there was a word that could describe better how much I love you. But you will always be my Bobby, my first love, my everything, my hero that left work to come and change my tire when I had a flat. and got your uniform all dirty. Our son, Bobby Resciniti was killed tragically in a car accident last year on July 13th, 2006. We lost Bobby at 1:08pm.....it was just a freak accident where a truck hit his car and he was taken from us and went to Heaven.
Bobby was born September 9th, 1984 --- He was only 21. He was a Pharmacy Tech at Publix in Lake Worth, Florida and was taking criminal justice in college; preparing himself to be a Police Officer.
Since his passing, we filed for a Non for Profit 501(c)3. We just received notification that our foundation is now a legitimate, non for profit foundation. The Bobby Resciniti Healing Hearts Foundation inc.
Our Mission is to help other families with the healing process of losing a child. We will offer a beautiful wall portrait of their child and also we may offer grief counseling....all free of charge and other benevolent work as needed.
Our healing will come from helping others.We want to make a difference in other peoples lives!
We will be having our first fundraiser on November 2, 2007. It will be held either at the Heron Bay Country Club in Coral Springs Fl or PGA National in Palm Beach. We will have a golf tournament, silent auction, raffles, a luncheon, awards, celebrity appearances and of course a beautiful tribute presentation of Bobby's life.
